2. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all sales concluded between Anatolie Kilim and any person making a purchase via the website anatoliekilim.fr.

Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The user declares that they have the legal capacity to contract, are of legal age and are not under guardianship or curatorship.

3. Products

3.1 Description

The products offered are exclusively handwoven kilims .
 Each piece is unique.

The photographs and descriptions are prepared with the utmost care. However:

  • Colors may vary slightly depending on the screen
  • The dimensions are given as an indication (± 5 cm), due to the handcrafted nature of the pieces.

3.2 Authenticity

All the kilims offered are authentic.
 Antique kilims may show signs of wear related to their age and history, which is a normal and desirable characteristic of this type of piece.

3.3 Availability

Each kilim is unique, so offers are valid while supplies last. Once sold, a kilim cannot be replaced with an identical one.

4. Order

4.1 Ordering Process

To place an order, the customer must:

  • Select the desired product(s).
  • validate your shopping cart
  • provide your delivery and billing details
  • choose your payment method
  • check and confirm your order

4.2 Confirmation

A confirmation email is sent to the customer after the order has been validated.
 The sale is considered final after full payment has been received.

5. Price and payment

5.1 Price

Prices are shown in euros (EUR), including all taxes (TTC).
 Anatolie Kilim reserves the right to change its prices at any time.
 The applicable price is the one in effect at the time of the order.

5.2 Payment Methods

Payment can be made by:

  • Bank Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Bank transfer (upon prior request)

5.3 Security

Payments are secured via Shopify Payments.
 Anatolie Kilim does not store any banking data.

6. Delivery

Deliveries are handled exclusively by UPS .

  • Metropolitan France : Free delivery – estimated delivery time 1 to 2 business days
  • European Union : Delivery fee €50 – estimated delivery time 2 to 4 business days
  • North America : Shipping cost €90 – estimated delivery time 4 to 6 business days
  • Rest of the world : delivery fee €120 – estimated delivery time 6 to 8 business days

The delivery times are given as a guideline only.
 If these exceed thirty days from the date of the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the user refunded.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may be levied by the authorities of the destination country. These charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason.

The request must be sent by email to: kilim@anatoliekilim.com

The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and undamaged.
 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a delivery error or damaged product.

The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the return, via the original payment method.

8. Anatolia Kilim Satisfaction Guarantee

In addition to the legal right of withdrawal, Anatolie Kilim offers a satisfaction guarantee.

If the kilim does not meet your expectations, it can be returned within 14 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:

  • of a state strictly conforming to the original
  • of a prior contact
  • return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

9. Legal Guarantees

The products benefit from:

  • the legal guarantee of conformity
  • of the warranty against hidden defects

All complaints should be sent to kilim@anatoliekilim.com as soon as possible.

10. Intellectual Property

All elements of the anatoliekilim.fr website (texts, images, photographs, logos) are protected by intellectual property law.
 Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior written authorization.

11. Personal data

The personal data collected is used solely for order processing and customer relations.
In accordance with the GDPR, the customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their data by writing to: kilim@anatoliekilim.com

12. Mediation

In the event of a dispute, the customer may resort to a consumer mediator free of charge, in accordance with the regulations in force.

13. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
 In the event of a dispute and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
