Shipping and tracking

Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation. All our deliveries are handled by UPS , a carrier renowned for its reliability and quality of service.

 Once the order is registered, it is delivered to the address provided by the user during checkout. A UPS tracking number is sent by email as soon as the shipment is dispatched.

Estimated delivery times

Delivery times are given as an indication only.
If delivery is delayed by more than thirty days from the date of the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the user will be fully refunded, in accordance with applicable legislation.

Customs and taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and local taxes may be applied by the authorities of the destination country.

 These potential costs remain the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the sale price.

Packaging

Each kilim is carefully:

  • Folded respectfully
  • Wrapped in a protective plastic film
     or placed in a reinforced cardboard box adapted to its dimensions

Hand delivery - Paris

For large orders or upon request, we offer personalized hand delivery in Paris.

Order tracking

As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email
  • A tracking number to track your package in real time
  • The carrier's contact information (UPS)

Receiving your kilim

Verification upon delivery

Upon receiving your package:

  1. Check the condition of the box in the presence of the delivery person.
  2. In case of visible damage, refuse the package or make written reservations on the delivery note.
  3. Photograph any damage.

Unpacking

Once the package has been accepted:

  • Open the box or packaging carefully
  • Unfold your kilim
  • Leave it flat for 24-48 hours so that it can regain its natural shape.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I change the delivery address after placing my order?

Contact us immediately at kilim@anatoliekilim.com. If the package has not yet been shipped, we can change the address.

What if I am not present during the delivery?

The carrier will leave a delivery notice. You will then be able to reschedule the delivery or collect your parcel from a collection point, depending on the carrier.

My kilim arrived folded or with creases, is that normal?

Kilims are folded for shipping. Some light creases may appear. Leave your kilim flat for 24-48 hours; they will disappear naturally. For persistent creases, you can place a light weight on top.

Do you offer express delivery?

For urgent requests, please contact us. We will do our best to expedite shipping for an additional fee.
