Customs and taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and local taxes may be applied by the destination country. They are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the sale price.
Packaging
Each kilim is carefully folded, wrapped in protective film, then placed in a reinforced box sized to fit it.
Estimated delivery times
If delivery takes longer than thirty days from the date of your order, the sales contract may be cancelled and you will be refunded in full, in accordance with applicable law.
Paris
Hand delivery
For larger orders or on request, we offer a personalised delivery in Paris. Our team comes to you, places the kilim in your home, advises you on its care and adjusts its position if needed.

Unpacking
Open the packaging gently, unfold your kilim and leave it flat for 24 to 48 hours so it can return to its natural shape.

How do I change my delivery address after ordering?
Write to us right away at kilim@anatoliekilim.com. As long as the parcel has not left, we can change the address.
What if I am not at home when the parcel arrives?
Chronopost leaves a notice. You can reschedule the delivery or collect your parcel from a pickup point.
There are creases in my kilim on arrival, is that normal?
Yes, a kilim travels folded. Leave it flat for 24 to 48 hours and the creases will fade on their own. If some remain, place a light weight on top for a few days.
How can I get express delivery?
For an urgent request, contact us. We will do our best to speed up shipping, for an additional fee.
